This contract by the below signed Courtney Crimsen ("Dominant") and Elizabeth Charlotte ("submissive") is entered into with a free mind and clear heart. It is the duty of the Dominant to accept the responsibility of caring for the submissive, and the duty of the submissive to uphold appropriate code of conduct. These stipulations and expectations are detailed herein.

Section One: Code of Conduct
Duties of Servitude
- Above all, the primary duty of the submissive is to provide companionship
- Personal Duties: Attend to the physical and emotional needs of the Dominant, offer physical comfort, remain honest and loyal, and wait on the Dominant as desired.
- Household Duties: At this time, household duties are not required in this contract. The household will be maintained in unity between the Dominant and submissive. Tasks may be added at any time to enforce a dynamic of appropriate conduct.

General Behavior
- Attitude: As a submissive, respect will be shown at all times to all Dominants. Disrespect is a serious offense and will be punished.
- Respect includes - manner of speech, promptness, proper answers, obedience, and maintaining truthfulness about extra-contractual relationships. Respect and obedience are the most valuable aspects of attitude. Failure to do so will be punished.

Behavior in Private
- The Dominant will be addressed as sir ma'am name, and full attention will be given when being spoken to.
- The Dominant may request the submissive's submission at all times, including disengagement from other tasks.

Behavior in Public
- The Dominant will be addressed as sir ma'am or by name at all times when in public, especially at City events.
- When attending events jointly, the submissive will remain within eyesight of the Dominant unless permission is given to do otherwise.
- The submissive's appearance will be seen as reflective of the Dominant, and so a put together appearance is expected at all times.

Training
Training activities may include, at the submissive's request: domestic skills training, offering of the self, orgasm control, learning to present in a submissive manner, and other training activities as the Dominant deems fit.

Punishment
The Dominant has foregone contractual punishments, but acknowledges that the submissive, in associating with other Dominants, may be subject to punishment for the following offenses, noninclusive:
- cockiness/rudeness
- disobedience
- incorrectly addressing a Dominant
- failing to properly serve a Dominant

Forms of Punishment
Punishments can include: spanking, nipple pinching, cropping, hair pulling, withholding orgasm, caning, face slapping, and any other punishment which the Dominant or another Dominant sees fit.

Punishments are intended as full and complete penance for offenses. Punishments should always fit the crime, and would be executed with full understanding that once over, the issue is over.

Section Three: Extra-Contractual Relationships
- Outside sexual relationships with a Dominant are allowed as long as they do not interfere with duties of this contract or other interpersonal interactions such as work.
- Outside sexual relationships with another submissive are forbidden per ruling of the City.
- Sexual contact within the household is allowed within the submissive's private rooms and with prior notification to the Dominant.


Section Four: Signatures
This contract is valid from this day of signing until June 26, 2021, and at that time, it may be renewed for an additional three months, renegotiated, resigned for a permanent contract, or abandoned.
